Once a vault has been created, the event name and details are locked and cannot be changed. This is part of our fair use policy — each vault is intended for a single, specific event and cannot be repurposed or reused for a different one. If you genuinely need to update your event details due to a change of plans, please contact us at support@yourmemoryvault.co.uk and we'll review your request.
Due to the immediate nature of our service, all sales are final once a vault is purchased. We recommend setting up your vault close to your event date. If you have extenuating circumstances, contact us and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
